Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

InvoicePad ("we", "the site") is a free browser-based invoice creation tool. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use it.

Data you enter into the invoice tool

Everything you type into the invoice form — business details, client details, line items, amounts — is processed entirely inside your own browser using JavaScript. None of it is transmitted to, or stored on, any server we operate. When you close or refresh the page, that data is gone. We have no way to see, recover, or retrieve it.

Cookies and advertising

This site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Analytics

We may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics (such as aggregate page-view counts) to understand how the site is used. This data does not include anything you type into the invoice form.

Third-party services

This site loads a small number of external libraries (for fonts and PDF generation) from public content delivery networks. These requests may be visible to those providers in the ordinary course of serving files, but do not include your invoice data.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
